Women have the opportunity to participate in group fitness classes in an environment catering to them. Our classes are designed to promote heathly women by developing their confidence, strength, and beauty through challenging and fun exercise programs.

Classes Pole Fitness ClassesPole 101This class will introduce you to your new dance partner, The Pole! You will learn a couple of basic spins and begin developing the muscles and technique needed for pole fitness. Comfortable clothing and bare feet recommended. Pole 101 is a requirement before taking any other pole class. Pole BurnThis class is exactly like it sounds... make it burn! The Pole Dancer's version of Boot Camp. All fitness levels welcome as exercises can be modified. Pole 101 required.Pole TricksTone your muscles as you learn to spin, climb and invert on the pole. This class is for all levels, everyone will be taught at their own pace. Pole 101 required. Pole DanceIn this class we take all the moves you've learned in Pole Tricks and combine them into a fun mini-routine. High heels and knee pads recommended but not required. Must have taken at least 2 pole tricks classes.Group Fitness ClassesCardio BalletA high energy/no impact exercise class that combines ballet barre work and light weights with fat burning motion. No ballet experience necessary. Suitable for all fitness levels.Sexy FlexyCan't touch your toes? Always wanted to be able to do a split? This is your class! Designed to push your flexibilty to the max, you will leave this class 2 inches taller.Go-Go CardioCome get your heart-rate up and burn calories while having a blast. This non-stop class will have your heart pumping as you learn hot, sexy, and easy to follow along dance routines. Stiletto StrutGrab your favorite pair of heels and come strut your stuff in this calf-defining, posture building class. Learn how to walk and dance in any size heels. Please make sure heels have non-slip grip on the bottom. Heels are not a requirement. T-n-ATush-n-Abs!! This is how you get those six pack abs and a butt you can bounce a quarter off.

Ladies come to the studio for the first hour to learn a sexy routine while the gentlemen go to a neighboring restuarant for appetizers on us. Once the ladies learn their sexy moves, gentlemen are invited back for the show! Same sex couples welcome.
